I'm giving a one star review under protest. There was no option for zero stars.
I recently had the discomfort of meeting one of your drivers. It was in Illinois at a truck stop. He came blasting through the lot like he was qualifying for the Daytona 500 while pedestrians in the lot ran for cover. When he finally did park it was next to the building in a fire zone. I thought it was really classy how he hiked up his pants and fastened his belts as he got out of the truck right in front of a window to the restaurant.
He entered the building like he owned the place and immediately began to foul the air. He smelled as if he had been swimming and a pool of feces, goat urine, and stomach bile. To be fair the stomach bile smell could have been from the dry heaving customers in his presence.
He appeared as though he had just been rescued from a desert island that was infested with carpet moths and dung throwing howler monkeys.
As if all this wasn't enough, the flurry of expletives that left his mouth as he began to speak would have been appalling to a room full of sailors. This display of immaturity was only muted mildly by the site of the rotted nubs that used to be teeth in his mouth.
The managers attempt to correct his behavior was met with a threat of physical violence.
I know that trucking is a hard life. But there are free showers offered with fuel purchases and this driver could take them up on it every once in a while.
But then again, if this is who you choose to represent your company at your customers doorstep you won't be in business very long anyway.
