D&D Nails Spa at 4345 North Expressway, Brownsville, Texas.

Visited a few months ago ,technician was great did a good job for my first visit .My second visit was unpleasant. The gentleman in charge kept adding how many minutes my daughter and I would have to wait. After sitting there for 20 because I was told it would be a 20-30 min wait , which was fine. Another client walks in 20 minutes late for an appointment with her sister in law (who did not have an appointment) and both ladies were quickly attended. The gentleman then told me I would have to wait and additional 40-45 minutes with a very whatever attitude ! There services are not free. There were empty chairs and technicians that had no clients they could have seen us . I get that they have appointments but really 20 minutes late. We decided to walk out and take our business elsewhere.Never went back ,so unprofessional.
